1. What is your Privacy Policy?

Our Personal Information Policy means that we do not rent or sell or give in any way, our customers' names or their email addresses to outside companies. We maintain strict security over all the personal information you share with us. NO sensitive information you provide is stored permenantly on the server.

3. What is your Return Policy?

All items come with a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any Howard Products purchase for any reason, simply return your purchase within 30 days to receive a full refund. Absolutely no questions asked. (This does not include shipping charges) We guarantee you will be satisfied with the performance of all Howard Products sold on this website. We do ask that you return the unused portion and provide us with a comment as to your dissatisfaction. This will help us communicate the reason for your dissatisfaction with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping charges.

Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition. Any item that you receive with tags attached to it must be returned with those tags in their original, attached condition. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

If, for any reason, due to a customer-related issue regarding shipping, the package sent from DeMilio Restorations, Inc. in New York is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the total cost of re-shipping the package.
* Ninety-nine percent of the time, the problem is with the customer supplying a wrong shipping address.

    



4. Which Method of payment do you accept…


At this time, we are only accepting orders thru the SECURE Paypal system. (Which includes PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-Check) We will respond by email again to confirm your total charges, i.e. applicable taxes and shipping. Once we receive your Paypal payment, your order will be processed and shipped by UPS. (*See #6 below)

5. No sales tax…

*Only residents of New York pay sales tax.

6. Shipping Information…

Standard shipping time within the continental United States is usually from 3 to 12 business days. We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) - ground - for shipping. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days.

7. No SPAM - EVER…

We don't have a mailing list and we consider your email address to be private information. Your email address will only be used to confirm your order, provide you with a tracking number and occasionally, to ask you a question about your order – PERIOD .
